If you would like to return a product, please contact us at [email protected] and include the following details within 30 days of product’s shipping date:
- Order number
- Date of Purchase
- Would you like to exchange or return your product
- Reason for return
We will reply to you within one business day with further instructions on how to proceed. Also all returns must have an RMA#.
Warranty is voided if serial tags, receiving numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty is voided due to mishandling, improper use, or defacing of the product.
- You may return or exchange any unopened Brand New product within 30 days of your product`s shipping date. The product must be unused and be in its original packaging with warranty cards, manuals and accessories included.
- Based on the products restocking fee of upto 20% will be applied on case to case basis.
- Shipping and Handling Charges are NOT refundable. While we do offer free shipping, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred on returned orders that are not damaged or defective.
- There are a few items that can’t be returned:
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized items
- Bundled items at discounted rates, e.g. “5 for $25” (unless the entire bundle is returned)
- Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page
However, if your item is damaged or defective these exceptions do not apply. In this case, please reach out to us and based on the query we’ll try out for a best solution.

- Refunds are only issued once we have received the merchandise.
- Actual product colour may vary slightly as viewed on different monitors and browsers. Refunds are not honoured on slight colour variations.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
